Plan International USA is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors oversees an Executive Team responsible for running day-to-day business operations, including programs and policy, marketing, philanthropy, public engagement and advocacy, donor relations, finance, and human resources.
Alongside the Board of Directors and consistent with Plan’s youth-driven mission, Plan’s Youth Advisory Board provides input into decision-making, while coordinating projects and campaigns related to Plan’s work.
