Alisha
Youth Advisory Board Member
Alisha is an undergraduate at Stanford University, where she is studying political science with minors in history and human rights. She is a member of the Stanford Students for Housing Justice, a group that links to direct services and advocacy for homeless people in San Francisco. She recently had an internship with the International Service for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland. Outside of school, she is the founder and executive director of the Kids First Project, a nonprofit for homeless youth living in shelters.
Alisha joined Plan International USA’s Youth Advisory Board in 2016. She helps with the Youth Leadership Academy as a mentor. Alisha has represented Plan at International Day of the Girl takeovers with Google and ABC, as well at a youth gathering with Nickelodeon on gender equality.
